High-Wage Careers, No Student Debt

The Lynchburg region is making a deliberate investment in connecting students and recent graduates to careers in manufacturing, healthcare, and construction and trades — three of the main industries in Virginia that are actively hiring and paying competitively.

The pathways to get there are closer than you might think. Central Virginia Community College’s Regional CTE Academy offers dual enrollment options for high school juniors and seniors across more than 30 trade programs, from health sciences to mechatronics to welding. Liberty University adds credit and non-credit technical studies training approved by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER).

High-wage, high-growth careers are right here in the Lynchburg region. What pathway will you choose?
